1. What is Dashboard?
The entire information filled in all modules are organized in the order of notification time and displayed. This makes your life easy as you just need to focus on “Today”.
2. How can I attach storage?
Please go to the settings and select the Google drive button and enter your credentials to link with Google drive account.
3. Where will my documents be saved?
Your documents are saved in your Google drive. To access the Google drive, your device should be connected to Google drive account.
4. How secured is my information?
All the attachments uploaded are saved in your Google drive and you own the security of this storage. The password or document information we collect through the App is encrypted and saved in the database.
5. Can I use multiple devices?
Yes, you can use any device and same userid and the information is available across multiple platforms and devices.
6. Can I use this for family sharing?
Sorry, you can't. Subscription is dependent on App store or Google Store id.
7. Is the App adjusted according to Time zone?
Yes, Another exciting feature of this App is that it reminds you at same time you set wherever you are. Your alarm will not change to 7am of local time if the set timing is 7am of your region. This helps you to track meetings etc.
8. Is this a Paid App?
Yes, it’s a paid App. However, you can download the App for trial and use during the trial period. Pink zone ,Visiting card modules will be still available after the expiry. When you have a subscription, there will be no limitation on available features.
9. How can I subscribe?
Subscribe through Google Play or App store.
10. What will happen if I renew the subscription early?
We will renew from the date of expiry of subscription as per Google and Apple standards.
11. How will I exit from Subscription?
You have to get into the Subscriptions page of App store or Google Play store and unsubscribe.
12. What happens if I miss one renewal?
You can renew any time. Subscription will be renewed from the date of renewal based on the subscription plan which you have selected.
13. What happens after my subscription is expired?
You will still be able access your data in read only mode.
14. Can I import the data?
Your documents are saved in google drive. You need to install Google drive to save your data.
15. How can I delete my account?
You can remove your account by going to Profile and click Remove Account. All the data will be removed and we respect your privacy.
16. What are the limitations in trial version?
There is no restriction in trial version.
