1. What is eTuition?
eTuition is an online portal for conducting Tuitions for students who wish to study from home.
2. How can we access e-Tuition?
Please register in www.etuition.biz and start accessing eTuition Portal
3. How will be the tuition rate? Is it based on Subject or Hours?
Tuition charges will be per Hour
4. When students have to pay for Tuition?
Parents need to top-up the Wallet with sufficient amount via online payment gateway of the portal. Payment will be deducted upon the booking of class based on hours booked
5. How does etuition work?
Students can search for Teachers for their interested subjects, medium of language and Teacher’s rate. Students can select the suitable Teacher and schedule the tuition based on Teacher’s calendar availability. Teacher will accept or reject the tuition. Once the tuition is accepted, teacher and student can login to Portal and use the Virtual classroom and whiteboard features of the portal to get the real classroom effect.
6. How to reschedule the Tuition? Who can reschedule?
Students can initiate a reschedule from “Schedules” section and Teacher has to accept the changes again. This facility is available only one hour prior to the actual schedule. Teacher can cancel the sessions if there is an inconvenience.
7. What will happen if student cancel the booked Tuition?
Cancellation will be available one hour prior to the actual schedule and fees will be refunded to the Wallet.
8. What will happen if there is a no show?
The fees will be deducted if student is absent and teacher joined to the scheduled tuitions .Student can cancel booked classes well in advance and amount will be refunded to wallet.
9. What will happen if teacher no show to the tuitions?
Automated refund will be processed to wallet of student if teacher couldnt join the session.
10. Do we provide tuition facilities only for primary classes or also for degree/Diploma level students?
We are having option for all classes subject to availability of teachers.
11. Does site has all the facilities for taking tuition? (Like note sharing and the communication facilities like video conferencing, Voice conferencing,whiteboard,Chats etc.)

12. Is there a subscription fees?
Students are given FREE subscription on yearly basis. There will be a subscription fee for teachers for using the portal. Currently we have a free subscription option for Teachers. In your Payment Screen, use Couponcode please use Couponcode XX112020 and waive off subscription fees.Subscription is not autorenewed and we wont charge automatically.
